Problem

Scattered Finances & Manual Tracking

Traditional budgeting apps are either too complex or too simple. Shared family expenses, children's financial education, multiple account and savings-pot tracking — all disconnected. As life stages change, the app should change too, but existing solutions cannot adapt.

Solution

One Vault That Grows With Its User

Open once, use for a lifetime. An end-to-end personal finance ecosystem that sorts income and expenses in seconds, unifies accounts and savings pots on one screen, and offers five life modes from age 7 to retirement.

  • check_circle 5 Life Modes
  • check_circle Smart Entry (OCR + AI)
  • check_circle Family & Parent Panel
01 — Smart Entry

Direction First: Income or Expense?

Every record starts with a single question. Pick Income, Expense or "Let Kasa decide". Then three paths: manual entry, receipt and invoice scanning, or statement upload. Kasa suggests direction and category from the description; it learns from every correction.

02 — Classification

Three Ways to Sort Dozens of Records

Statement lines are sorted with whichever method the user prefers. Swipe (right for income, left for expense), Automatic (AI decides with a confidence score), or Ring (drag the amount bubble onto a category). Every correction becomes a rule: the same merchant is right next time.

03 — Accounts & Pots

Total Vault and Savings Pots

All assets on one card, details one swipe away. Swipeable cards for bank accounts, credit and debit cards, cash, foreign currency, precious metals and safe-deposit boxes. Spare-tyre fund shows how many months you could last without a salary; target six.

04 — Salary Ritual

Pay Yourself First

Savings pots get their share before the salary is spent. When the salary lands, one tap splits it across pots and investments. Shares are set with sliders; the rest goes to living costs and bills. Before splitting, you see how many months the spare-tyre fund will grow.
